Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Delivery Times (Tracked)

• United States & Canada: 7-12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
• UK & Europe: 8-15 business days
• Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates from our partner warehouses. Tracking is included on all orders.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We subsidize shipping to keep costs low for pet parents.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking updates appear within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you don't see movement after 3 days, email us.

Delays & Customs
