Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items such as litter boxes, grooming tools, and pet hygiene products cannot be returned once opened and used.
